Beck's Story
Beck, aka Mr. Personality, is the most hilariously expressive puppy that his foster has ever had. I mean, just look at those photos! He absolutely hams it up for the camera, and when he's all done romping in the snow he wants nothing more than to snuggle up close with his foster mom. Like the rest of his litter, he's an extraordinarily social, confident, playful, happy, outgoing, friendly boy. He loves the other dogs and cats in the house as well as the neighbor kids. He's also a total retriever: he's always carrying something around in his mouth, whether it's a tennis ball, his leash, or an exceptionally crunchy leaf he has found from outside. It's absolutely adorable when he carries his leash (or another dog's leash) around, he holds his head up high and prances all around, proud as anything. He also absolutely adores his people, he's constantly checking in when exploring outside. He looks to his people for cues, has great eye contact, and is very treat motivated. He'll be a dream to train and will be the companion of a lifetime for some lucky adopter.

What we know about their parents: Their mom is a super sweet mixed breed who is about 40lbs, and their dad is reportedly the neighbor's goldendoodle, which we totally believe based on the look of these cuties! They will likely be around 40-60lbs as adults based on their parents, but that's not a guarantee. Also, to answer a couple common questions: we are assuming they are NOT hypoallergenic, and we do not know what their adult coats will be like and whether they will be low shedding or not.

Beck is estimated to be 3 months old and 10 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.

If you are interested in meeting this dog please complete the adoption application on our website at https://safehandsrescue.org/adoption-process/ and then we can contact you about setting up a meeting.

We are also holding the following upcoming adoption events!

Please note: All dogs/puppies will not be at every event, and some may find their home prior to the event. If you are interested in a specific animal, please check our Facebook page for confirmed attendance the morning of the event: https://www.facebook.com/safehandsrescue/
You do not need to have a Facebook account to check the Safe Hands Facebook page for attendance.
