Weighing in at around 17 pounds, this sweet boy has an average-maintenance coat and a heart full of love to give. He has already been neutered and is ready for his forever family.<br/><br/>Beau came into the rescue after his services were no longer needed at the puppy mill he came from. Now in a safe and loving foster home, he is flourishing and discovering what it truly means to be cared for.<br/><br/>He can be a little timid at first, but once he feels comfortable, his gentle personality shines. Beau is incredibly loyal and absolutely adores people—hugs, pets, and belly rubs are his absolute favorite.<br/><br/>This smart boy is working hard on his potty training and loves going outside to practice. He also enjoys running in the yard and is proudly learning how to shake paws. A fenced yard is a must for Beau; he does great with his current 5-foot fence and loves having room to stretch his legs.<br/><br/>Beau gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would be happy with a canine friend, though he’d also thrive soaking up attention as the only dog. He can be nervous with new noises, isn’t crazy about car rides yet, and is still learning proper leash manners.
