Hey there, I'm Beau! I'm a sweet shepherd mix who has been here at Haven Pet Center for over a year now! Let me tell you, I've really settled in here. I used to be so scared that I didn't want to hang out with anyone, but now I know that all of the people here are my good friends! <br/><br/>When you first see me in my kennel, I'll try to tell you that I'm scared and nervous - old habits, you know. As soon as you meet me out in the play yards, that fades away like magic! I'm a goofy, playful dude who just wants to hang out, lean up against you, and give some kisses in exchange for pets. I just can't get enough of getting my sides scratched!<br/><br/>I'm not picky at all about my human friends, but I'm a little more cautious when it comes to my canine friends. I'm new to this whole "playgroup" thing, but I'm getting the hang of it! I like spending time with other social dogs, but want my space respected. I'm a dignified gentleman, not a rough and tumble bro. <br/><br/>If casual walks around the neighborhood and some quiet cuddles at night are on the table, come in and meet me! I'll be your new Beau!
