Beau "Boom Boom" Bleu's Story

Sweet Beau’s Bio
Beau is an adorable, loving, sweet, playful, intelligent five-month-old Merle Goldendoodle. He is high energy and whoever adopts him will need to continue positive reinforcement training so that he and the new owner can communicate. His favorite activity is snuggling. He’s full of cuddles and hugs. He’s young with a lot to learn and needs to go to the right home where he will be met with positive rewards, compassion, kindness, gentleness, and understanding.

The ideal home would be where someone works from home or is retired but active. He is learning how to walk on a leash and loves it. Issues we are going to begin working on in communication training is separation anxiety, walking, bite inhibition, and basic commands. Given that he’s a puppy and has never undergone training, he will need someone with a great deal of patience, energy, and understanding to invest in him. We do not adopt to anyone with children under the age of five, particularly since he is a teething puppy learning bite inhibition using the Ian Dunbar Sirius Training Method. We would like for him to go to a home that utilizes this method which is easily found on YouTube.

We do not adopt to homes that use electronic collars. He’s a very special dog who loves everyone. He deserves the most loving gentle home out there and would make a great family member to anyone. He loves playing with his Snuffle Ball and other dog treat puzzle games since he’s highly intelligent.

We require:
* Adoption Application
* Phone Interview
* Veterinarian Reference
* Personal Reference
* Fenced Yard
* Visit to Beau’s Foster Home
* Home Visit
* Adoption Fee that helps to provide medical services and care for other
abused/abandoned/neglected animals we may serve.
