Louie is a sweet, tender-hearted boy who has survived more than most dogs ever should. Animal Control in Tyler, TX had been keeping an eye on him after spotting him wandering the streets with a plastic fish fry container stuck on his head. By the time they were able to safely catch him, he was completely emaciated, scared, and shut down.<br/><br/>Despite everything he’s been through, Louie is opening up beautifully. He’s naturally more reserved and takes a little time to trust, but once he knows you’re safe… he warms up and loves to snuggle.
