Beau's Story

Meet Beau! This beautiful black lab mix is approximately two years old and 53 pounds. He was minutes away from being euthanized for lack of space at a shelter. Once we saw those pleading eyes, we could not turn away. Beau is very sweet. He did very well with handlers and sociability with other dogs. He arrived with his kennel mate. They do not have to be adopted together, but they do love each other‘s company. Beau is completely vetted, heartworm negative and neutered. He had terrible fleas but has been treated and he has a little skin alopecia, but by the time he is ready to be adopted, it will have improved immensely. Our adoption fee varies and includes spay/neuter, rabies, distemper, heart worm test, deworm medication and microchip. All potential adopters must submit an application. We will check your veterinarian reference, a few personal references and will do a home visit prior to adoption.
