They were no longer able to care for him, so we gladly accepted him into our safe shelter and were so appreciative the owners cared enough to not just dump him.

Bear is a sweetheart, but still a little nervous. He takes a moment and needs just a little time to warm up to new people and surroundings. Once he feels comfortable, though, he is very affectionate. He gives soft nose boops that will melt your heart. He does love meeting new dogs and enjoys playing in the yard with them.
