Bear Bear's Story
*ATTENTION POMERANIAN LOVERS*

Bear Bear came to us because unfortunately her family was moving and was not able to take her with. When she came to us she had alot of fur missing from her back. We thought maybe it was fleas but she didn't have any then we thought ok maybe allergies she had no allergies. So we had a biopsy done and bloodwork done she has whats called Alopecia X. It is a rare skin disorder. It does not bother her and is not itchy or will have any inflammation. It is not a bad thing it just unfortunately looks bad. She will have this for the rest of her life. She will need to take supplements everyday to help her and possibly have her hair grow back. But there is a chance her hair will never grow back. This does not stop her from being the happiest girl ever. She LOVES playing with her tennis balls and rolling on them and her toys loving on them. She also loves to clap at you when she wants your love and attention. She does get along with other dogs and LOVES kids. Bear Bear is a total sweetheart and loves being with her people. Bwar Bear is a 8yr old female Pomeranian. She is also housetrained. If you are interested in meeting this beautiful girl please fill out an application online at www.rivervalleyanimalrescue.org!
