Bear's Story
Bear is a two year old sweetheart of a young man 💖 who found himself in a shelter after his owner passed. He was an angel for his bath right off transport and after a groom is looking quite handsome!
He loves the outside & his walks!
He does not like the dewy grass in the morning or the rain!
He also LOVES his treats & toys 🧸
He is very treat motivated & seems to have been fed people food in his past life.
He gets the zoomies for a few minutes & then the next thing you know he's asleep by your side on the couch 🥰
He attached to his foster mom very quickly.
It took him a little longer to attach to the man in the house. Male strangers need a slow introduction.
He loves kids & has loved every dog he has met so far!
He can be a door dodger, but is improving on stay.
His foster is still working on housebreaking and continued work would be necessary.
He LOVES to snuggle in bed with his people & dog siblings.
He stays in the office with his dog siblings when the family is at work and uses a potty pad in the office.
He does cry and howl when the foster leaves the house so shared walls are probably not a good fit. Hopefully this will pass as he starts to feel more secure! All adoptions are $300 per dog for puppies under 1 year, $250 for adults 1 - 9 years old and $150 for senior dogs which include spay/neuter, micro-chipped and up-to-date on required shots.

Senior dogs, at our discretion, are adopted out at $150 per dog because we know they will have less time with your family and may eventually have more needs as they get older. But we feel these dogs deserve to live out the rest of their lives as part of a loving family.
