Bear's Story

Bear Update!

Bear’s journey is off to an amazing start! This sweet pup was found wandering the streets of Las Vegas—dirty, scared, and alone. At just around 8 months old, Bear had no microchip and wasn’t neutered. Thankfully, a kind soul stepped in and reached out for help.

Today, Bear is thriving in a loving foster home with Anna and her pack, where he’s settling in beautifully and already making doggy friends. He recently visited our vet and is now neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped—with Mayte’s Rescue covering all of his veterinary care to make sure he’s healthy and ready for adoption.

As you can see from these photos, Bear is soaking up the love and truly blossoming. Our goal is to find him the perfect forever family—someone who will give him the fresh start and unconditional love he deserves.

If you’re interested in adopting Bear or supporting his journey, please email kim@maytesrescue.com or rescue@mayte.com.
