MEET BEAR – Bear is a soft and beautiful puppy dog. He should really bond with someone. He was mistreated and he may take some time to for him to warm up. Hawkins County Humane Society is a 501c3 shelter and organization that serves as the only resource for homeless animals in the Hawkins County Area. Our services include the gentle care of homeless dogs, puppies, cats and kittens. We are looking to make the shelter better in any way possible. Our staff of highly caring individuals provides care 7 days a week, as well as support to the public in the form of adoption and placement support, referencing of animal related calls to appropriate government bodies, and of course, the cooperation and coordination of volunteer efforts, including this Petfinder page.
