Bear's Story
Bear is one of the sweetest dogs I have ever taken into rescue. He started being over protective of his family and territory from strangers and the adopters started working with a trainer. Bear had made significant progress with his training. Then unexpectedly his family surrendered Bear to the trainer. They told the trainer that they had got 2 new puppies to entertain their kids and no longer wanted Bear. <br/><br/>He does amazing with other dogs, cats, horses, and kids. The trainer states he would do great in a home with other dogs. He would do best in a home with an active family. Bear loves to have a job to do! He would be great to have along with you as you do farm chores, take walks, or go fishing. <br/><br/>This boy is amazingly sweet. He can meet other people and dogs on hikes and gets so excited.
