Bear's Story

Hi, my name is Bear!
I love going for walks to explore and find sticks and leaves. I enjoy playing with other dogs and older kids, and I also love spending time with my humans—especially cuddling on the couch. Chew toys are one of my favorite things, and I’ll happily sit for a treat. I’m crate trained and housebroken as long as I get regular potty breaks.

I’m ready to find my forever home where I can share all my love and playful energy!

4 Paws Support, Inc.'s Adoption Policy
The adoption process begins by first securing a foster home for the dog. Once in foster care, we ensure the dog is healthy and prepare them for adoption by providing necessary vaccinations and spaying/neutering. We then take photos, create a bio, and bring the dog to adoption events to help find potential adopters. When an interested party is found, we schedule a meet-and-greet. If the meeting goes well, the adopter is asked to complete an adoption application. We conduct reference checks, and if everything is satisfactory, we finalize the adoption. The adopter then signs an agreement transferring ownership of the dog.
