Update: the pups received a dewormer dosage and their fist DHPP vaccine today 3/2/26<br/><br/>Meet the Beach Pups. This listing is for the females - Sandy, Blondie and Pebbles. We also have another listing for the two males, Rocky and Sailor. <br/><br/>The Beach pups were born on January 2nd. These puppies are indeed small breed puppies. Please see their weights from 2/22/26 below. We rescued Mama Summer from the shelter and a few days later she delivered 5 very small but healthy puppies. <br/><br/>We believe the puppies will be ready for their forever homes around March 7th. Dachshunds and Friends Rescue.<br/><br/>Here is a brief breakdown of their personalities so far. <br/><br/>Sailor is always the first one to do something. He was the first to escape the whelping pool and then the first to escape the puppy room. He is a go getter.<br/>Rocky looks like a doodle. He loves to play with his siblings and Mama Summer. <br/><br/>Females<br/><br/>Sandy is the most chill of the group. She can be independent or play with everyone. Either way she is happy.<br/>Blondie is a bit of a spit fire. She just loves to run around and play.<br/>Pebbles is just super tiny but she holds her own with her siblings.<br/><br/>All the puppies love to jump in your lap and are affectionate as well. <br/><br/>Mama Summer is a bit protective; therefore, we have not introduced the puppies with kids. We fully expect the puppies to be just fine with kids. <br/><br/>Puppy Weights<br/>Sailor 3.9 lbs<br/>Rocky 3.8 lbs<br/>Sandy 3.2 lbs<br/>Blondie 2.8 lbs<br/>Pebbles 1.4 lbs<br/><br/>Mama Summer is about 10.5 lbs. Mama Summer will also be available once the puppies are adopted, and she is spayed. <br/><br/>DNA for Mama Summer:<br/>54% Chihuahua<br/>11% Min Pin<br/>10% Poodle<br/>5% Pug<br/><br/>We also tested Sandy.<br/>DNA for Sandy<br/>44% Chihuahua<br/>18% Poodle<br/>7% Shih Tzu<br/>5% Min Pin<br/>5% Pomeranian<br/><br/>Our adoption fee is $375 plus a $100 spay/neuter deposit. Once you get your puppy fixed and send us the cert, we can refund the deposit of $100. We also transfer their microchip to you at that point.
