This handsome boy is Baxter!<br/><br/>Baxter is an approximately 18-month-old male Chihuahua mix who weighs around 10 lbs. He was rescued after being left in a box by a dumpster.<br/><br/>He is a brave soul though, and he has loved being in a home with his foster siblings and foster Mom. This kid LOVES kids! He is fine with cats and other dogs but can be an only dog to the right home, where he can receive lots of love and attention and will be included in family activities. <br/><br/>Baxter can be playful and outgoing or sometimes he just wants to lay with you and find comfort in your company and just being by your side.<br/><br/>Baxter is crate-trained and appears to be house-trained as well, but he could have accidents in a new environment. He may need assistance with leash walking. We highly recommend harnesses for dogs.<br/><br/>Baxter is neutered, current on vaccines, on heartworm preventative, and microchipped.
