Hello, I&#39;m Baxter my foster mom says I am a 13&#34; beagle with loads of energy to play in the yard. I have other foster brothers and love to meet new friends. I&#39;ve been in Illinois for about a month or so now. I am ready for that perfect fur-ever family to find me. I was on medical leave for a short time for a growth that was removed, but I am now A-OK. I like all people; men, women, and children. I like other dogs, which is good since there are quite a few in my foster home! However, I&#39;ve never met a cat yet, so unknown if we would get along. I enjoy playing with toys. Car rides are ok. I can sleep just about anywhere. I enjoy my crate, a dog bed, and of course, the &#34;big&#34; bed. Friendly is my middle name. New people and situations are fine for me, since I&#39;m really not shy. I know how to &#34;sit.&#34; I do like to bark, so my foster folks are working on that with me, along with refining my potty training skills. I really am the perfect all-around dog.
