Hello, my name is Basil. Mom named me this because we had another who looked like me named Parsley. I like my name and I know it already because I am really smart. I really like pets and squeezes. We are working on walking on a leash, which I can do, but walking on the street with cars makes me a little scared. I spent 3 of my first 4 months in the shelter, so I basically know nothing about living in the outside world. I like treats and I take them very gently. I love to play and drag around my girlfriend Marigold by her leash. When I go to work in my moms store I am very mellow which makes mom believe that I am mellow without other dogs around. When I am free to roam with my brothers and sisters, even my zoomies have zoomies. It is kind of funny. Marigold loves to play with me and Manny. I am easily entertained. I really love my squeaky toys too. I would be perfect in a family.
