Thankfully, a kind neighbor contacted the shelter after a few days, and Caesar is now ready for his next chapter.<br/><br/>When he arrived, his coat was quite matted, but underneath it all was a healthy, happy boy who had clearly known love at some point—he’s already neutered and seems to be house trained. Caesar is friendly, gentle, and eager for attention. <br/><br/>He’ll thrive with a family ready to give him the care, grooming, and affection he deserves.
