He is not a fan of young kids (older may be ok?), and barks at cats. He lives with a GSD, but they are not friends. He is food aggressive, toy and crate-possessive (Don't Touch My Stuff!).
He's got reasonably good leash skills (although he sometimes pulls/lunges when approached by other dogs) and is crate-trained. He also knows 'sit' and 'off'. He is a very good house dog, does not chew or destroy furniture, and has good outside potty skills.
He would do best in an eskimo-savvy home with no young children, other dogs (or perhaps very submissive dogs). Cats are questionable, and he probably needs a quieter home with minimal visitors and social traffic.

The adoption donation is $350 and includes a general vet exam, neuter surgery, heartworm testing and/or treatment (as necessary), shots, microchip, and worming. Experienced dog ownership and credible vet references are required in order to adopt from H.E.R.
