Barry is a very sweet 1 1/2 year old Australian Shepherd . He is a wonderful companion who will keep you smiling. He's shy at first but once he warms up he wants to stay close to his people. You need to know the breed. He is a higher energy type of dog and would love to have a running partner or somebody that likes to go hiking that will take him along on adventures. He is neutered, up to date on shots and heartworm tested negative. Paws 4 the Cause's Adoption Policy

Paws 4 the Cause is an all volunteer "no kill" rescue. We do not harm animals, but the more we can adopt out, the more we can take in. We take in the hardest cases, dogs and cats that are close to death or starvation. The adoption fee barely covers a fraction of what we spend. Our average animal costs about $200 for the first month in food and vet fees, and approx. $50 per month thereafter. All donations are used to pay directly for animal food and vet expenses. There are no employee or overhead expenses.
