Barney here is looking for a very special forever home. He was originally found after being hit by a car, which dislocated and fractured his left hip. We got him the FHO surgery he needed and is doing much better now! Understandably, Barney can be a little unsure of new things and will need some extra TLC to help him build up his confidence. He&#39;ll probably do better in a calmer home environment without small children. We&#39;ve started getting sneak peeks of his real personality though! 1. He seems like he wants to play with toys, though he doesn&#39;t really know how. 2. He finds his voice when he&#39;s feeling brave, so he might end up as a talkative boy! And 3. He gets more confident when he&#39;s around another dog, so he might enjoy having a doggy sibling who can be gentle with him as he heals.
