He walks well on a leash, though he may get a little excited at the start. While he has minimal obedience training, he is potty trained and eager to learn. Barney does have some separation anxiety when crated, and he requires a very strong crate to ensure he stays secure. Hes making great progress with positive reinforcement. Barney shares a close bond with Betty and feels most comfortable when shes nearby. With his loving nature and enthusiasm for life, Barney will bring so much joy. Hes looking for a family that can match his energy and provide him with the love and attention he deserves.<br/><br/>Barney would do best in a home without kids and with a secure six-foot wooden fence, as hes an athletic dog who enjoys exploring.
