BARNEY2 is a fairly laid-back 1-year-old, handsome, black and tan in color. His fur is shiny and soft. Barney loves any attention that he gets! Daily love and affection would make his life!! He weighs about 15 pounds. When we first met him, we wanted to hug him so hard! <br/><br/>Barney has spent some time living on the streets of Phoenix. His mama was a homeless woman who loved him enough to give him away to have a better life. He does not know how to play with toys but can learn! He was a little nervous about people and other dogs when he first came to our rescue. He’s doing much better now, although he’s still slightly anxious about the other dogs. A few times he’s been picked on by other dogs. <br/><br/>Barney loves to be petted, get attention, and get belly rubs and attention now. He just wants a chance for a forever home where he can easily fit in and get (and give!) lots of love, affection, and attention!! He needs someone who will be patient with him. He may be a little scared of you and your family at first. He seems to want another little dog to be best friends with.<br/><br/>If you would love to teach and comfort a real sweetie of a Fabulous doggie, this is the best deal around!! Barney is neutered, fully vaccinated, and has his microchip. He is reliably house-trained, somewhat crate-trained, and walks pretty well on a leash (he just gets so excited about all of the new smells, other doggies, and other people!). He needs to be walked at least once a day!! Barney's adoption fee is $325.
