She may be a "teenager," but she's already showing so much potential. Treats are one of her favorite things, and they've been a wonderful tool in helping her build trust and feel confident with new people.<br/><br/><br/>Barky will need a little time to settle into a new home and routine, but with patience, reassurance, and consistency, she's sure to blossom. For her comfort and success, we ask that everyone in the household meet her before adoption so she can get to know her future family and you can get to know her unique, gentle personality. We recommend older kids who can understand and respect a nervous dog's boundaries.<br/><br/><br/>She may also thrive with a calm, social adult dog who communicates well with other dogs-someone who can help show her the ropes and build her daily routine.
