Barbie Dreamhouse's Story

Have you always wanted your very own Barbie Dreamhouse? Well now's your chance to bring home the real deal! This cheerful three-ish year old is the life of the party, whether she's trotting around proudly with a toy in her mouth, rolling over for endless butt scritches, or wiggling with joy when she meets someone new (human OR dog!). Her foster says she's fun, friendly, playful, and a great listener. She's basically a chubby ray of sunshine!

Barbie's favorite activities include walking with a toy in her mouth, receiving pets, and basking in attention from her favorite people! She's got that "Barbie can do anything" energy-whether it's cuddling, goofing off, or plopping her booty into your lap, regardless of whether she fits.

Barbie has previously found the hustle and bustle of life in the city to be overwhelming, and she thrives in quieter areas and would love a backyard of her own. While she's done well with meeting dogs in the past, she is still working on her leash manners around new people and other animals while living in a dense neighborhood. So she would especially love walks in a lower-traffic neighborhood where she can feel at ease while strutting her stuff!

Please submit your application and reach out if you're ready to share your home with this delightful house hippo. They don't call her Brickhouse Barbie for nothing! This girl's got curves, confidence, and charisma to spare!

------------------------------------

This dog is considered a mixed breed because it's not accurate to identify breed mix by sight alone, so for most dogs, their mix is only a guess. We get to know each dog as an individual and strive to make matches based on personality, not on breed label.

------------------------------------

This dog is currently located in a PAWS foster home. In order to meet with any dogs in foster care, you will need to have a fully processed and approved application first. To get the adoption process started, please complete the adoption application at phillypaws.org/dogapp. If you have any questions, feel free to email adoptions@phillypaws.org or call 215-298-9680 ext. 16.

Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society, 2900 Grays Ferry Ave, Phila, PA 19146 (by appointment only).
