Banjo II's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Banjo is a very affectionate boy and a really great cuddler! His foster mom often allows him to sleep in bed with her, but he likes the couch too. He's a fairly mellow fellow and does rest a lot. His foster mom thinks he’s aging backwards and he’s getting more brown in his face. We are so happy to share that he does NOT have heart issues as we initially suspected! His heart is good and strong but he does have early stage kidney disease and is on a special diet. Banjo Is also currently dealing with some incontinence but is a good sport about wearing his diaper. He really enjoys his walks, typical beagle with nose to the ground smelling everything! Banjo can be excited when first meeting another dog and can also be selective about who he likes. We think he would do best as an only dog but he would probably love a cat as a buddy. He also prefers not to be left alone for very long. Banjo is looking for someone with a heart for seniors. He could go on sleepover anytime!
