Bane's Story

Meet Bane! He is an extremely sweet, affectionate, funny, adventurous 1.5 year old dog with a huge heart looking for a family to reciprocate his love.

Bane is a true velcro dog, following his people or his foster brother everywhere. He craves company and loves to be around his people. He would do best with someone who isn’t away from home for long periods of time.

He loves any toy he can get his mouth on, will give the sweetest puppy eyes for treats, and enjoys playing outside-especially on the beach with his foster brother. He loves to swim, chase his tail, and collect things. He also enjoys a good snuggle and will pull a blanket over to whoever happens to be relaxing so you can cover him while he cuddles up close.

Bane has some anxiety so he needs a patient family who will be able to work with him to build his confidence. He knows how to give paw and his foster dad is working with him on his recall and house training skills, as well as crate training.

Besides some anxiety he is working through with Bane, his foster dad cannot say enough about how sweet and loving he is. He has been around kids over 7 and has been great with them, as well as other dogs, and people in general. He is curious about cats, but has not been reactive when seeing them out on walks. He is just an all around great dog who just needs someone to show him he’s part of the family.

If you are interested in meeting Bane, please reach out to jerseygirlsanimalrescue@gmail.com.
