Bandit's Story
REQUIREMENTS - Must have a secure fenced yard. Must have another young playful dog. Adoption applications reviewed for Chatham Kent, Windsor and Sarnia areas.

Adoption application is on our webpage - click on Adopt at top of the page - DO NOT COMPLETE ON PETFINDER - www.ckanimalrescue.com

DATE OF BIRTH: August 24, 2025

Bandit is a handsome tri-colored male corgi with a playful, loving personality. He’s a medium-energy pup who enjoys two walks a day and is quickly turning into a wonderful walker on leash. Bandit eats kibble twice a day and absolutely loves treats and toys, especially squeaky toys and stuffies!

Bandit gets along well with other dogs and would do especially well in a home with another playful pup. He’s still very much a puppy, so if he gets bored while alone he may get into things, but with playtime, walks, and enrichment he’s a happy boy. He can be a little shy or nervous when meeting new people, but typically warms up within about an hour and then shows his playful and affectionate side.

He does great with other animals and has been friendly with cats. Bandit also loves children and currently lives with a 4- and 6-year-old in his foster home, whom he absolutely adores. He can be a little protective of his home and will bark when the mail arrives or when someone comes to the door, but he settles down quickly once he realizes everything is okay.

Bandit has no known allergies. He may feel a little nervous at the beginning of car rides, but he relaxes quickly and ends up enjoying them. Above all, Bandit loves being close to his people and would be happiest in a home where he can cuddle up nearby, especially if that includes sleeping in the bed.

Bandit is a sweet, playful pup who will thrive in a loving home ready to continue helping him grow and explore the world.

Adoption app is on our webpage - click Adopt at the top of the page - DO NOT COMPLETE ON PETFINDER - www.ckanimalrescue.com

Adoption Fee - $800
