Bandit's Story
My name is Bandit! I am the last of my litter to look for a home. There isn't any reason, it's just how the cookie crumbles. I am almost 6 months old and around 40 lbs. I am full of life. I am friendly with dogs and people and I have met kids but 10+ is likely better for me. I am a heeler mix so it is in my DNA to do a bit of herding! I am also crate trained. I will need a patient and active family to introduce me to lots of new people and dogs (whom I love) and to continue my socialization journey. Another dog in the home would be very welcome by me! I tend to take my cues from the other dogs in my foster home so having that security to go to would be nice. I can be a little shy with new people at first. I will need a bit of work on leash but will gladly walk with my humans. I'm a loyal pup and will likely be a bit of a velcro dog. Herding breed experience is a plus for me! Here is a link to the application if you are interested in me! https://www.zivadogrescue.org/adoptable-dogs
