He loves staying close to his sister and is usually the one to initiate playtime with her. He also tries hard to play with his foster sister, an adult lab. He shows his affection quietly by gazing up at you with loving eyes, and he is a major cuddler. He's patient and kind with young kids. Balto is doing great with puppy pad training. He uses the pads much more often than not, and he goes into his kennel without a fight.
