Bagel

Bagel came from a property with more than 100 dogs after their owner died and time ran dangerously short. He arrived carrying more than old, healed fractures—he carried deep fear of people, leashes, and the unfamiliar world around him. In the shelter he tried to make himself invisible, crouching in the farthest corner and flinching at gentle touch. Bagel will not heal through pressure or quick expectations. He needs an extraordinarily patient home willing to let trust grow slowly and celebrate every small moment when fear begins to loosen its grip.

Included with adoption: spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate rabies and parvo/distemper vaccinations, deworming, and flea, tick and heartworm prevention.
