**5 yrs, 6 lbs**<br/><br/>*10/24/25 - Meet Bagel !!!<br/>Bagel got her name because she is EVERYTHING!!! <br/>Bagel and her brother, Cheddar, come to us from Victoria, TX after their owner passed away. Lucky Cheddar immediately caught the attention of our transportation volunteer and was adopted, and now he will be part of our rescue pickup crew. Now Bagel is hoping to have the same luck and win someone over with live at first sight .<br/>Bagel&#39;s story is a sad and tragic one. A few years back, Bagel got pregnant with a litter of 6 and went into labor prematurely. One pup was stuck in the birth canal and didn&#39;t make it. She had a C-section to retrieve the last 5. Over the following days, the remaining pups passed away. Bagel was depressed for a while after that. <br/>Since her C-section, Bagel has seizures. Since we have had her, she has only had one, so we are monitoring to see if she has another before moving her to anti seizure medication since we don&#39;t know her frequency yet. <br/>But despite allllll that she has been through, this girl is amazing! She definitely gets cranky and nippy with adult men, but loves women and the youths.
