She'll need patient adopters willing to help her continue building confidence, but she rewards that patience with endless sweetness. <br/><br/> Walks beautifully on leash<br/> Sleeps quietly in her crate all night<br/> Loves dogs and cats<br/> Food and treat motivated = highly trainable <br/> Loves playing chase with her dog friends<br/> Sweet, gentle, and has absolutely no mean bone in her body<br/> May still be shy with new people and environments<br/><br/> Bacon MUST have another confident, playful small-ish dog in the home. <br/><br/>Having a canine friend has been key to her success. She thrives with another dog to help show her the ropes and continue building confidence.<br/><br/> A single-family home is strongly recommended. Bacon may bark briefly in her crate when her people first leave, making apartment or shared-wall living less ideal.<br/><br/>Like any young dog, Bacon is still polishing her manners. She loves food and will happily investigate countertops if given the chance. Continued training and structure will help her become the amazing companion we know she can be.<br/><br/>She may also be a bit too energetic for very young children.<br/><br/>Bacon is sweet. Bacon is silly. Bacon is resilient.
