Baby Spice's Story

Some dogs burst into your life with boundless confidence. Baby Spice is different—and thats exactly what makes her so special.

At just 6 months old, this sweet girl is still learning that the world is a safe place. She can be a little shy when meeting new people and dogs, but with a little patience and a lot of kindness, her personality begins to shine. Once she feels comfortable, youll discover a goofy pup who absolutely lives for playing with her canine friends. Nothing makes Baby Spice happier than racing around the yard, showing off her zoomies, rolling in the dirt, and turning sticks, leaves, and any little treasure she finds into the greatest toys ever.

Her biggest comfort is other dogs, and shed love a forever home with a confident, friendly canine companion who can help continue building her confidence. Shes cat-friendly too, happily coexisting with feline friends.

Baby Spice is a simple girl at heart. Give her a sunny spot outside, a good chew bone, some neck scratches, and her dog buddies, and shes in heaven. Every now and then shell hop up on the bed to say hello before heading back to where she feels most comfortable. Shes also a firm believer in personal space—shed prefer you skip the surprise pickups and overhead pats. Shes a consent queen who appreciates slow introductions and gentle affection on her own terms.

Shes crate trained and even chooses to eat in her kennel because its become her safe place. Shes house trained, with only the occasional overnight accident if shes had too much water before bed or her morning routine is delayed. Leash walking is still very scary for her, so her future family should be prepared to help her learn at her own pace using patience and positive reinforcement.

Baby Spice has also made incredible progress with sharing resources. Since being in foster care and learning that meals come regularly and reliably, her food worries have largely faded. She still prefers to enjoy her meals in the comfort of her crate, and respecting that routine helps her continue to thrive.

Baby Spice isnt looking for perfection—shes looking for someone willing to see beyond her initial shyness and celebrate every little victory. With patience, consistency, another playful pup, and lots of love, shell reward you with the sweetest bond imaginable.

Baby Spice is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and ready to find the forever family who will help her continue blossoming into the amazing dog shes meant to be. Could that be you?

Apply online!

https://forms.gle/tYsG6dtzPAmjburi7
