Avery's Story
Meet Avery!

Avery is a sweet, timid girl who just needs a little patience to feel safe. She may be shy when you first meet her, but once she warms up she becomes very affectionate and will happily give you the sweetest kisses. With a little time and understanding, Avery will be an incredibly devoted companion.

She's a playful pup with plenty of energy. Avery loves squeaky toys, especially when it means a fun game of fetch, and she also enjoys chewing on bones. She currently loves playing with her foster sister and enjoys having a dog friend around.

Avery does well with other dogs but will need proper introductions at first. Once she's comfortable, she loves running and playing with them.

She is house trained but may occasionally need a little redirection. Avery does great in her crate and will whine to let you know if she needs to go potty. She sometimes just needs a little extra time outside to finish her business, but she understands the routine. She also comes when called, especially when she's rewarded with pets and praise.

Adopters must live within 1.5 hours of Alma, WI.
Fostered in Tomah, WI.

To apply to adopt, visit tailsofhopewi.org

Please note donations using the SPONSOR ME tab on PetFinder will not go to Tails of Hope-WI.
