Ava's Story

Ava, a wonderful gentle senior came to the shelter after her owner was arrested and then never came to get her back. That's ok with us because now we are able to spoil and show this senior the love she deserves. Ava is gentle and knows some commands and is housebroken. She still has some pep in her step and enjoys a good game of fetch, although dropping the ball is not her favorite!! Ava would do well in any home with love, time and a couch!

YOU MUST COME IN AND MEET THE PET YOU ARE INTERESTED IN Potential adopters: -Must be 21 years of age to adopt -We do not adopt to students -If you rent your home, you must provide a copy of your lease -ALL family members or persons living in the home must meet the pet -Provide copy of your driver's license -Fill out adoption application--we have the right to deny your application -Meet the pet-if you have other pets, we can arrange a "meet & greet" -Interview process--we are looking for a "match" to our animals, it's not "first come first served".
