This friendly, social boy loves long walks, runs, hikes, playtime with other dogs, and making new friends wherever he goes.<br/><br/>Austin has spent time in volunteers' homes and has proven himself to be potty trained, affectionate, playful, and a wonderful house guest. He's joined volunteers for 6+ mile walks, runs on the W&OD trail, outdoor restaurants, pickleball games - you name it. He's done well around new people, kids, and other dogs, and absolutely loves romping with dog friends in playgroup.<br/><br/>Austin is an energetic young dog who thrives with exercise, enrichment, and companionship. He can get excited on leash when he sees dogs he wants to play with and may need continued work on his leash manners and learning how to settle independently. Once he's gotten his energy out, though, he transforms into a cuddly, snuggly companion who's happiest curled up next to his people.<br/><br/>With his goofy personality, loving nature, and enthusiasm for life, Austin would thrive in an active home excited to include him in hikes, walks, adventures, and plenty of quality time together.
