He’s the perfect mix of snuggly companion and outdoor adventurer — whether he’s exploring the yard, going for a walk, or curled up next to his favorite human, Austin is happiest simply being by your side.<br/><br/>This little guy came to us after he was found in the middle of the street and upon being returned to his family, they said they wanted to surrender him because the kids were bored of him and no longer taking care of him. They told us he is a "Pekapoo" (Pekingese/Poodle) but we think he looks more like a Maltese or Shih Tzu mix. He likely has several breeds mixed in there! He is currently 8 lbs. but is a bit underweight.<br/><br/>Austin is house-trained, well-behaved, and walks beautifully on a leash. He loves to shower his humans with attention and just wants to be involved in whatever you’re doing. He gets along well with most dogs and enjoys having buddies, though big dogs can seem a little intimidating to him at first.
