Aurora's Story
Meet Aurora
This gorgeous girl has come a long way. When Aurora first arrived at our shelter, she was in rough shape—tired, underweight, and unsure of the world. But oh, what a transformation love, care, and a full belly can make.
Aurora is now healthy, happy, and thriving. She's discovered the joy of toys and has blossomed into a sweet, affectionate soul who adores cuddling up with her favorite people after a day of play.
She’s been through enough in her young life, and we’ve promised her she’ll never know hunger or loneliness again. What she needs now is a home of her own—a soft spot to land and a human (or humans) to love her as much as we do.
Aurora would prefer to be your one and only. But trust us, she has more than enough love to fill your home.

UPDATE:
Aurora has been with us for almost a year and is still patiently waiting for her forever home. She is a smart, driven girl who truly wants to learn and be engaged with her people. With her high energy level, Aurora would thrive in an active home where she can get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.
She has shown she can do well around older children, though she may be a bit too much for younger kids. Aurora is dog selective and would do best as the only dog in the home, but she can comfortably go out in public and coexist around other dogs without issue or reactivity. She rides well in the car and does amazing on field trips, taking new experiences in stride.
Above all, Aurora is a sweet, good girl who has so much love to give to the right family. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. 🐾

If interested in adopting, please click the link below to fill out an application:
https://www.bellwetherharbor.org/.../application-for-adoption/
