Augie's Story
Meet Augie!

Augie is a 2-year-old Shepherd/Husky mix with a big personality, plenty of energy for adventures, and a serious love for his people! He's a smart, playful guy who loves to learn new tricks and show off what he knows. He already knows sit, down, up, and come!

Being outside and running around is Augie's favorite thing. He loves walks, exploring, playing, and going for car rides -- especially when he can stick his head out the window! He also loves to follow his nose and seek out treasures, so enrichment activities like snuffle mats and puzzle bowls are some of his favorites.

Augie can live with other dogs, but may need slow introductions, especially with larger dogs. He can also live with cats. He has previously shown some resource guarding around food and water bowls, though this has not been observed with toys and can be managed with structure and routine. Because of this, he would do best in a home without young children.

Augie is looking for an active family who will keep him busy and have fun teaching him new things. He's a curious guy who is ready for his next adventure!

Current Weight: 45 lbs

Adoption fee: $250

To apply: https://fcrspca.org/adopt/
