Atlas-Fresno, CA's Story

Location: Fresno, CA

Hiya, I’m Atlas! I am still a baby. The Save the Dals folks think I am about 10 months old. I have been on my own for a while and was found roaming the streets.
I do not have a microchip, and no owner has been found. The wonderful people who found me cannot keep me, as I am a puppy and tend to run over the little dogs here.
The people at Save the Dals are guessing I’m a blend of Dalmatian and Cattle Dog. By the way, that equals adorable and sweet. I am currently 35 lbs.

I get along great with other dogs, of course, after a proper introduction. I can be timid at first, but once I warm up, I want to be near you.

I love to run, and my recall is pretty good. I enjoy learning new things. I am easy to train, and I’ll let you dress me up, brush my teeth, clean my ears, and I’ll let you know when I need to use the potty.
My favorite thing to do is destroy stuffed toys; otherwise, I might get into other things lying around. A hearty chew keeps me busy, too.

I am becoming more comfortable with kisses and hugs. I don’t remember being cuddled before, so it’s still somewhat of a foreign concept to me. I am a good passenger in a car.

I will be neutered as part of my adoption. Oh, and before I forget, I’m not sure how I will be around kids or cats. If you have children over nine, I should be fine.

Please copy & paste the link below into your browser for our application:
https://www.jotform.com/form/243374218477059

Questions: Emails us at: info@savethedals.org
