I was found near Lakeshore in Rockwall and, sadly, no one came looking for me. Now I'm getting the chance to start fresh with a family who will give me the love and stability every dog deserves. I can be a little shy at first in new situations, but with patience and kindness, my sweet personality shines through. Once I feel safe, I'm a gentle, loving girl who truly enjoys being close to my people. I'm looking for a family who understands that building trust takes time and who will help me grow more confident as I adjust to home life. I walk nicely on a leash and, even though I don't appear to have had much formal training before, I'm eager to learn and ready to blossom with guidance and consistency. If you already have a dog at home, a meet and greet is encouraged to make sure we're a good match before heading home together. My adoption fee is $125. I am spayed, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination, and boosters to date. I did test heartworm positive but thanks to Rockwall PAWS my course of treatment is covered at little to no cost to the adopter. If you have questions about my treatment or feel free to ask staff. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
