Astraya

Astraya is 2-2.5 year old Norwegian Elkhound and is full size, weighing 45 lbs. She has medium length fur with an undercoat, regular brushing but no need to see a groomer. She is very friendly with everyone she has met, kids & adults, men & women. We have a senior female Elkhound and they get along well. We do not know how she is with cats. She enjoys chasing rabbits that get into the fence but has not attempted to escape the fence (under or over). Astraya is a goofball who loves to play, give kisses, and snuggle and would do well with another dog interested in playing, our senior is no longer interested. She is up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchiped & spay is scheduled for March 18. She needs to be crated when home alone during the day as she is showing some signs of sepatation anxiety, she is fine out of the crate overnight while we are sleeping. Knows basic commands... sit, down & no. Takes treats/food from your hand nicely & doesn't guard her food.
