Aspen has been Adopted!'s Story

Hi, I’m Aspen!

I’m a lovable, happy puppy about 5–6 months old, and everyone says I’m as adorable as my personality—and I have to agree!

I’m all puppy: friendly, playful, and affectionate. I love running, playing, and hanging out with people and other dogs, but I also enjoy snuggling up and relaxing with my foster family. I’m a curious girl who loves exploring the yard and being part of whatever’s going on.

When it’s TV time, I like to cuddle close, and my foster family says I have the cutest habits—I’ll flop onto my side and roll over for belly rubs! When I want to play fetch, I’ll proudly bring you the ball and drop it at your feet.

I’m also a smart pup! I already know “sit,” “drop it,” and “no.” I sleep through the night without accidents and I’m doing great with my housetraining. I enjoy car rides and walks, and I’m loving life in my foster home with my comfy bed, yummy food, and plenty of treats.

But what I really want now is a furever home and a family to call my own. I promise to be a good girl and fill your days with love, laughter, and puppy kisses!

Come meet me—I just know I’ll steal your heart!

If you can offer Aspen her furever home, please email us at:

FureverHomeDogRescue@gmail.com

Aspen was rescued from an overpopulated shelter in Mississippi and trannsport to NJ to live in a foster home.

If you have a furever home for this pet, please e-mail Furever Home Dog Rescue at: FureverHomeDogRescue@gmail.com

The breed and age of this pet is listed as is our best guess. Furever Home Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy
ADOPTING A FRIEND - If you see a pup that you are interested in adopting, please email us at FureverHomeDogRescue@gmail.com and ask for an adoption application. All applicants must be at least 24 years old AND they must be the head of household. Renters are welcome as long as dogs are allowed by their landlords. Please note submitting an application does not guarantee adoption. The adoption process consists of your completion of an adoption application, our review of the application and contacting relevant references & verifying the application information. The adoption process can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks upon receipt of your application. If your application meets our initial requirements, we will contact you to discuss the dog and arrange a home visit. Please note that our further due diligence will determine if your family is awarded the pup. We understand you are excited to meet our pups, but because we do not have a physical shelter and all our pups are in foster homes, we need to limit pet visitation to Approved Applicants only. If your application is completed and approved by Furever Home Dog Rescue, we will be happy to schedule your visit. We expect all members of the family to be at the meet and greet. Adopting a pet is a lifelong commitment. When bringing a new pet into your family, everyone in the family should have a chance to spend time with the dog before adopting. And everyone needs to agree that it's a good idea. When you meet the pup, Furever Home Dog Rescue will make a determination if it's a match. If it's a match, you are welcome to adopt the pup at that time. You are never obligated to adopt the pup. Please note, Furever Home Dog Rescue reserves the right to refuse an adoption to anyone for any reason.
