Aspen's Story

Ready to be chilled by the bluest eyes on the planet? I’m Aspen, and life with me would be the ultimate expedition! There is something unique about me you should know - I am deaf. That doesn’t mean I can’t learn new things and live the best life ever, it just means I’m even more special! I am food motivated and learned how to sit through hand signals. I’ve been working on potty training in my foster home and love to be outside in the grass where all the awesome smells are. I am so smart that I can climb fences, so I do best with supervised outside time or leashed walks, but I really like to stay close to my person. I’m still getting to know other dogs and have been doing well with them, I may just hide and watch the activities for a while before jumping in and playing. I’ve also been respectful of kitties I’ve met and could live with cats! I know there is a home out there that will love me as I am and take the time to help me become the best version of myself. Is that home with you? Ask to meet me!
