Sudden noises, fast movements, or men can make him nervous, but with patience and consistency he’s making wonderful progress. He recently played with the resident dog for the first time — a big step in building his confidence.<br/><br/>What Aspen is learning:<br/>-Fully house trained and crate trained<br/>-Sleeps quietly through the night<br/>-Walks politely on leash without pulling<br/>-Eats well and shows no guarding over food, toys, or people<br/>-Gentle with handling (paws, ears, tail, collar)-Calm and affectionate once he feels safe<br/><br/>Aspen isn’t food motivated, so training has been slow, but he does listen when told “no” and stops what he’s doing.
