Hi! My name is Aspen and I am available for adoption! I am a very handsome large breed dog. I weigh about 84lbs and I still have a bit of room to fill out because I am still so young! Despite my age, I already am learning my manners. I am potty trained, I know sit, come, and I am working on wait. Overall, I'm still a silly young pup and need someone to reinforce my good behavior. I am a big boy, and to be the best boy I can be I need someone who is going to look out for me in this critical learning time. I am great at keeping myself busy in my kennel with my stuffed squeaky toys. So, if I have things to keep my mind occupied, I do well in the kennel. I came into the shelter in a bit of rough shape, I have matting on my back and I was urinating blood. However, my caretakers caught it right away and I was able to get started on medication and a special prescription diet. My caretakers will send you home with some of my special food to get you started on our journey together. You can visit me at the Pet Adoption Center on weekdays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
