Aspen's Story

Left outside our gate with food and water, gentle and sweet Aspen was thoroughly confused when we found him. After days of worry, fret and grieving, he settled in to realize that he has a new fate without his previous families.

Clearly abandoned and unwanted by his previous ‘owner', this gentle soul is ~7 years old and weighs 51 lbs. Typical of the breed, this handsome, blue eyed, white husky adores his human, maintains a spotless kennel and is excellent with other dogs. Aspen walks well on leash, hops right in the car and loves to ride in the car with his human.

“He is the sweetest boy ever” said his caregiver. Intelligent Aspen adores his many companion friends at the Godbey Creek.

Aspen comes with our standard medical package which includes his neuter, microchip, rabies, parvo-distemper and Bordetella. He has been de-wormed and is on flea and tick as well as heartworm prevention.

We learned that this sweet soul has been rehomed multiple times, even microchipped, and is now once again abandoned. He arrived highly stressed but has settled in now and we can easily see what a beautiful soul he is. We ask that applicants are serious about giving this middle aged fellow a chance.

If you believe your environment and family are a fit and you are interested meeting this handsome guy, please submit an application.
