Ashley 's Story

Ashley is a 5 year old Pitbull mix. She spent her life on the streets in Los Angeles County with an unhoused man. Life had not been easy for either of them and what recently happened to Ashley, was when the community knew it was time to help them. Ashley was seriously injured resulting in an extensive laceration. She spent roughly 5 weeks in the hospital after surgery was done. Despite Ashley's past, she continues to show her bright spirit and how much she wants to be loved. She is dog friendly, with slow and proper introductions, and loves human affection. Since leaving the hospital, Ashley is learning what barriers are and will be working with a trainer to help address any difficulties.

Ashley will be available for adoption on 4/1. (Date is tentative).
