Waverly Animal Shelter is an OPEN ADOPTION Shelter. Adopter must come into the Animal Shelter complete Adoption Contract to adopt pet. Payments must be paid at the Animal Shelter or paid by phone. FIRST COME FIRST SERVED For out of county or out of state adoptions please contact the Animal Shelter 931-296-7319. Thank you for your interest in our pets and your cooperation.
